People who didn't know about the kickstarter campaign should be given the opportunity one last time to get the DLC. It was briefly available on PS4 and now it's for free on XBOX. They gave hundreds of Savini skins away for free on launch day. Illfonic droned on about not giving it out any more and then it has been available 3 times since then. I don't own the game on XBOX but grabbed the free DLC in case I ever buy it for XBOX.
